Headache & Health Coaching

Chronic symptoms can make it difficult to know what is worth trying next.

I help people step back, organize the bigger picture, and make more thoughtful decisions about their health. My approach is practical, individualized, and grounded in both clinical experience and lived experience.

Who it is for

This may be a good fit if you:

  • have persistent headaches, migraines, or chronic pain
  • feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice
  • want help organizing what you have tried and what to consider next
  • need better structure around sleep, movement, recovery, stress, nutrition, or daily habits
  • want someone experienced to help you think through the bigger picture

What coaching involves

Sessions are practical and individualized.

We may work through your history, current symptoms, routines, previous treatments, goals, and the areas that seem most worth addressing.

Depending on your situation, that may include:

  • identifying patterns and possible triggers
  • organizing questions for your healthcare providers
  • reviewing lifestyle and recovery strategies
  • building realistic routines
  • tracking what is helping and what is not
  • adjusting the plan as you learn more

The goal is not to give you more things to do. It is to help you make better decisions about what deserves your attention.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment.

I do not replace your physician, neurologist, physical therapist, chiropractor, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare provider. I may help you understand your options, prepare better questions, and organize your approach, but medical decisions remain between you and your treating providers.

Work with me

Coaching is offered remotely by video.

If you would like to see whether it is a good fit, send a short note about what you are dealing with and what you would like help with.
